The upper arm consists of the biceps and the triceps. The
upper arm bone is called the "brachialis" so technically
these muscles are "biceps brachii" and "triceps brachii".
There is also another muscle here, the brachialis, which
allows the elbow to rotate.
The triceps comprise roughly twice as much muscles
as the biceps so if you want to really increase
your "guns", don't neglect your triceps. Also,
don't leave out the lower arm muscles, the forearms.
