Mueller Center - Parallel Chin-up/Leg Raise

    This is located on the main floor, toward the back.

  • Chin-Up/Leg Raise Stand.

    Chin-Ups

          A variation on this, if you can't lift your own weight, is to use the assisted Paramount chin-up/dip machine upstairs. Or if you are stronger than your weight, you can hang on to additional weight - either hold a dumbbell between your legs or use a chain to hold a barbell plate around your waist.

    • Other back exercises.
