A variation
on this, if you can't lift your own weight, is to use
the assisted
Paramount
chin-up/dip machine upstairs. Or if you
are stronger than your weight, you can hang on to
additional weight - either hold a dumbbell between your
legs or use a chain to hold a barbell plate around your waist.
Use the front part of the stand.
Bring your knees up to a horizontal postion.
It is harder if you keep your feet out straight.
Joanna demonstrates how to use it: (photos need

Josh also said you could use the back part of the stand to
grasp by your hands and hang straight down, or use the center
section of the Paramount cable-machine. This eliminates the
back support.
