      This is sort of like making a basketball shot. You squat down, hold the handles and then come up and extend your arms and whole body. Josh says he doesn't know the name of either the machine or the exercise and says it is mainly for the football team. He said basically don't use it. Greg Snook said they called it the "Jamner" and it was to build coordination for when the players come out of their three-point stance.
